Customer Service Agent

Nova Call Center Services, is are looking for a customer-focused, positive customer service Agent to join our team. 

Key Accountabilities

  • Handle large amounts of incoming phone calls in a timely manner. 
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. 
  • Follow communication procedures and guidelines when answering customer’s calls. 

Qualifications

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Very good verbal communication skills (English). 
  • Basic Microsoft knowledge. 
  • Time management skills. 
  • Available to work shifts. 

Full time and part-time jobs available. University students are welcome to apply.
