Develop monitoring and evaluation procedures and methods for the association.
Prepare and build various appropriate tools to measure the extent of achievement in various projects and areas of work for the association.
Prepare interim and annual reports for programs and projects.
Develop and improve logical models and frameworks by building performance and achievement indicators to monitor the progress of activity completion and the extent to which both outcomes and outputs are achieved.
Provide feedback to project managers and management within the monitoring and evaluation requirements.
Review data collection tools and methods and verify them (qualitative and quantitative) to ensure transparency and integrity.
Prepare relevant project reports on the progress in accordance with the planned objectives.
Prepare various interim and annual/final evaluations.
Enhance the capacity of workers in the field of monitoring and evaluation.
Prepare and follow up on the implementation of the association's strategic plan and the executive plan for departments, projects, and centers, and follow up and evaluate its implementation.
Prepare and implement a study of the satisfaction of beneficiaries and workers and submit it to the executive management
Job Responsibilities:

Bachelor's degree as a minimum, and priority is given to holders of higher academic degrees.
Qualifications

Business administration, engineering, social sciences, or any related field.
Specialization

At least seven years of experience in monitoring and evaluation.
Advanced knowledge of monitoring and evaluation systems in various development fields, from methodologies, trends, and work policies.
Documented experience in collecting data and analyzing it according to the requirements of reports and donors.
Preference is given to those with previous experience working with humanitarian organizations.
Priority is given to holders of professional certificates in the field of monitoring and evaluation.
Documented experience in the field of developing performance indicators and monitoring and evaluating their achievemen.
Experience
