Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to set up the team, identify and bring tech solutions for data collection, analysis and visualization.

The PM will provide analytical and project support to business by leading a team of business analysts and data scientists in addition to people management responsibilities.

This position will define scope & objectives based on all business-related aspects (business need, business process, implications of provided solutions) to design the business adoption.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end while defining the project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals.
     
     
  • Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
     
     
  • Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
     
     
  • Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project.
     
     
  • Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy.
     
     
  • Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
     
     
  • Demonstrates an understanding and knowledge of how “Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence & Data Collection”, work.
     
     
  • Plan interactive projects in support of the client goals respecting constraints such as time, cost and quality standards.
     
     
  • Ensure that all Team members are managing the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of all assigned projects.
     
     
  • Ensure that deliverables prepared by all project team members are properly being evaluated and tested in order to ensure that finished product meets requirements, standards and maintains the highest level of quality, before they are sent to Clients or Third Parties for their own internal testing or review.
     
     
  • Ensure completion of Timesheets, Vacation, Absence request and expense reports in a timely manner.

 

  • Assist in creating, maintaining & optimizing digital production processes. 

 

  • Keep current on new technologies in relation to digital transformation processes.

 

  • Act as the main point of contact between the clients, the project stakeholders and the team working on the project.

 

  • Mentor and provide the needed support for the junior members as needed, by performing “WBS” work break down structure to deliver the required outcomes for the concerned stakeholders.

 

 

Education, Experience & Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or any other related field.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • 5-8 years of experience in consulting, business process automation and project management.
  • PMP certification is highly preferred.
  • Frequent travel according to the business need.
  • An overall understanding of analytics, machine learning, Artificial Intelligence, data engineering, UI/UX and Dev Ops.
  • Understanding of how agile methodology and project management workflows.
  • Preferably took a leading in managing projects related to tech industry.
  • Consultation background is preferred.
