Job Description: Specialized ESP (English for Specific Purposes) Trainer
Location: HTMi Saudi Arabia

Job Summary: The Specialized ESP Trainer at HTMi Saudi Arabia is responsible for delivering high-quality English training tailored to the specific language needs of students in the hospitality and tourism sectors. The trainer will develop and implement specialized English programs, focusing on practical communication skills required for professional success in international hospitality and culinary environments. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Instruction and Training Delivery: 
Develop and deliver English for Specific Purposes (ESP) courses with a focus on hospitality and tourism vocabulary, communication, and customer service language. 
Provide engaging, student-centered lessons that enhance proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing within a vocational context. 
Use role-playing, simulations, and real-world scenarios to prepare students for workplace interactions. 
Integrate cultural awareness and professional etiquette into language training. 
Assess and track students’ progress, providing detailed feedback to help them achieve their language learning goals. 
Program Development and Customization: 
Design tailored course materials and lesson plans to align with HTMi’s curriculum and industry-specific language requirements. 
Incorporate modern teaching methodologies, including the use of technology and multimedia resources, to enhance learning outcomes. 
Collaborate with vocational trainers to align English training with hospitality and culinary course objectives. Student Support and Mentorship: 
Provide personalized support to students to address individual language challenges. 
Encourage confidence and professionalism in English communication for workplace settings. 
Prepare students for standardized assessments or certifications relevant to hospitality English. 
Professional Development and Collaboration: 
Stay updated on developments in ESP teaching methodologies and industry-specific trends in language use. 
Participate in professional development opportunities to refine teaching practices. 
Collaborate with colleagues and the Academic Director to enhance the overall quality of language training at HTMi.
Qualifications and Requirements: 
Education: 
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in English, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or a related field. 
A master’s degree in a related field is an advantage.
Experience: 
3 to 5 years of teaching experience in English language instruction, preferably with a focus on ESP or vocational contexts. 
Experience in teaching English for hospitality, business, or professional purposes is highly desirable. 
Prior experience in training or working in a multicultural educational setting is a plus.
Skills and Competencies: 
Proficiency in designing and delivering ESP courses tailored to hospitality and tourism. 
Strong understanding of English language acquisition and adult learning principles. 
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
Competence in integrating technology and multimedia tools into teaching. 
Cultural sensitivity, particularly regarding Saudi Arabian norms and values. 
Additional Qualifications (Preferred): 
Certifications such as CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, or TEFL (120+ hours). 
Evidence of professional development in ESP teaching methodologies. 
Knowledge of curriculum development or educational accreditation processes.
