- Wood Factory Manager 
Qualification :
A minimum of ten years’ in management experience.
Deep knowledge of production management.
Ability to price projects submitted through sales. 
Technical ability to manage pricing and implementation of commercial projects.
Technical ability to make and operate woodworking and CNC machines.
Excellent organizational and leaderships skills.
Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
