Creative Designer - Social Media and Game UI

Position Overview:

We are seeking multidisciplinary Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for leading engaging social media content creation while also contributing directly to in-game UI design and visual product assets. The Creative Designer will bridge marketing and product, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience across social platforms, app stores, and within our mobile games 

This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong knowledge of digital trends to ensure consistent and impactful brand communication through in-depth knowledge of video editing and Art work management. AI knowledge and modern content creation tools will be vital for this role.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Video Production

  • Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit engaging videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Produce short-form, trend-driven content designed for reach, engagement, and virality.
  • Create high-quality visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Develop hooks and storytelling formats that capture attention within the first few seconds.
  • Coordinate content shoots (internal teams, events, products, interviews).
  • Define and create branded style templates for social content.
  • Capture and edit original video content across all production phases (pre-to-post)

Social Media Management

  • Manage daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Write compelling captions and optimize content using hashtags, SEO, and platform best practices.
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and foster online community growth.
  • Maintain a structured content calendar aligned with campaigns and key initiatives.
  • Support paid campaigns with high-performing creative assets optimized for ads

Product Design

  • Design in-game UI elements including menus, HUDs, buttons, pop-ups, icons, and overlays.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs for new features and updates.
  • Ensure visual consistency between game interfaces and brand identity.
  • Design app store creatives, screenshots, and promotional visual assets.

 

Strategy & Performance

  • Identify trends, viral formats, and emerging content styles.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, retention, conversions).
  • Analyze content performance and recommend improvements.
  • Contribute creative insights to improve player acquisition and retention visuals.
  • Support brand-building initiatives across both product and marketing channels.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong portfolio demonstrates social content work.  UI/game design is a plus
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • A strong visual mindset and understanding of the wider landscape of beauty video
  • Strong communication skills and ability to take creative direction and bring it to life through video editing
  • Strong understanding of frame composition (lighting, angles, negative space, photo clarity/depth of frame)
  • Strong understanding of studio tools such as ring lights, tripods, props, backdrops, etc.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to clearly articulate and document technical processes and issues
  • Exceptional time-management and multi-tasking abilities
  • Experience using AI tools for creative production is a strong advantage.
