- Creative Leadership: Direct and inspire a team of designers to produce high-quality marketing assets, including promotional art, social media graphics, trailers, and UI/UX elements. Work with the UA/Marketing team in order to define priorities for the art team.
- Brand Development: Develop and maintain a cohesive visual brand identity across all marketing channels and ensure consistency in messaging. Direct a team of video / graphic artists to conceptualize and design stunning video & graphic assets.
- Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that effectively promote new game releases and ongoing titles. Effectively contribute to the Marketing Art Production pipeline while understanding working constraints
- Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor strategies to inform creative direction and enhance campaign effectiveness. Proactively Research on creative trends using various research tools - Facebook ads library, sensor tower etc.
- Asset Management: Oversee the organization and management of all marketing assets, ensuring they align with the brand guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with game development teams to align marketing strategies with game design and user experience.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to inform future creative decisions.
