Head of Marketing-User Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness for our mobile games.
    • Identify key market segments, player demographics, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  2. User Acquisition:
    • Lead the development and execution of user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, app stores, and partnerships.
    • Optimize user acquisition funnels to maximize conversion rates, minimize cost per acquisition (CPA), and ensure high-quality user growth.
  3. Performance Marketing:
    • Oversee performance marketing efforts, including paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and influencer marketing, to drive installs and player engagement.
    • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  4. Brand & Content Marketing:
    • Develop and manage brand marketing initiatives to strengthen the company’s brand presence in the mobile gaming industry.
    • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing content, including videos, graphics, and social media posts that resonate with target audiences.
  5. Data Analytics & Insights:
    • Leverage data analytics to track and analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
    • Use insights to refine marketing tactics, improve user acquisition strategies, and enhance the overall player experience.
  6. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership:
    • Work closely with the product, development, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and product launches.
    • Collaborate with UA managers to define goals and KPIs for user acquisition campaigns
    • Partner with the creative team to develop compelling and effective marketing assets that drive engagement and conversion.
  7. Budget & Resource Management:
    • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI on user acquisition and branding efforts.
    • Negotiate with external partners, vendors, and advertising platforms to optimize marketing spend and campaign effectiveness.
  8. Innovation & Trend-Setting:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in mobile gaming, digital marketing, and user acquisition.
    • Experiment with new marketing channels, tools, and techniques to stay ahead of the competition and drive growth.
  9. Team Leadership & Development:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and results-driven performance.
