At elGrocer, I enjoy the friendly and supportive work culture where we can easily share ideas and work together. I joined elGrocer in July 2022 as a Buyer, and since then, my career has grown a lot. The company gives great opportunities to learn and build a clear path for career growth. I’ve moved up to the role of Category Manager, and what I really appreciate is how elGrocer values the hard work of its employees. They promote from within and give us the chance to grow. This has helped me advance in my career and continue to learn and develop. What makes our culture special is the welcoming and open environment where everyone’s ideas are important.
