• Lead the preparation of the Operational expenditure (OPEX) Budget proposal for all current and/or planned services within Warba Bank and use it as input during the Annual Budget Cycle to ensure the continuity of services provided.
• Manage and build healthy partnerships with relevant service providers, vendors, and Government entities to ensure fulfilling the bank's requirements and being in-complaint with laws and regulations.
• Manage the coordination between subordinates and other General Services entities to clear potential conflicts and ensure proper collaboration and synergy during daily tasks.
• Review all suggested improvements for the relevant processes and propose implementation whenever deemed necessary to enhance efficiency.
Contribute in reviewing and update the existing General Services policies and procedures, in line with business requirements and department/division goals along with all applicable laws.
• Oversee all services activities to ensure proper handling of the execution of service with sound level of communication and enhance the internal customer satisfaction.
• Foster sharing of relevant knowledge and technical information between subordinates to enhance the performance and skillset.
Monitor and forecast the inventory of consumables to ensure adequate supply available all year round.
• Manage the issuance and renewal of all licenses of the bank to ensure business continuity.
