We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our health organization in Amman, Jordan. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with relevant departments
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries
- Maintain accurate records and update databases as required
- Provide administrative support to the operations team as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulationsQualifications:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
