Job Summary:
 The Travel Consultant will provide expert advice and assistance to clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. This role involves managing client needs, offering personalized travel solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget. Provide personalized travel recommendations and solutions based on client requirements.
  • Booking and Reservations: Handle all aspects of booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and tours. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in the reservation process.
  • Travel Itineraries: Create detailed travel itineraries for clients, including schedules, accommodations, and activities. Provide clients with all necessary travel documentation and information.
  • Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service throughout the travel planning and booking process. Address and resolve any issues, changes, or cancellations promptly.
  • Vendor Coordination: Work with airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and other travel service providers to secure bookings and negotiate terms as needed.
  • Travel Information: Provide clients with up-to-date information on travel destinations, including visa requirements, travel advisories, and local attractions.
  • Sales and Promotions: Promote and sell travel packages, special offers, and additional services to clients. Inform clients about promotions and upsell opportunities.
  • Documentation: Ensure all travel documentation, including tickets, itineraries, and visas, is accurate and complete. Maintain organized records of bookings and client interactions.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues related to travel arrangements, including delays, cancellations, or disputes. Ensure a positive resolution and client satisfaction.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about travel trends, industry developments, and new destinations. Provide clients with the latest information and trends to enhance their travel experience.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements related to travel services. Ensure all transactions comply with relevant guidelines.
