Visa and Ticketing Officer

The Visa and Ticketing Officer is responsible for handling visa applications and managing travel ticketing operations. 
The role ensures that clients receive accurate, timely, and professional services related to visas and travel bookings. Key Responsibilities: Visa Services: 
• Handle visa applications for multiple destinations (Europe, USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and other countries). 
• Prepare, review, and verify all required documents for visa submissions. 
• Follow up with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities to ensure timely processing. 
• Provide guidance to clients throughout the visa application process. 
• Communicate updates to clients and resolve any issues related to visa approvals or rejections. Ticketing Services: 
• Assist clients with booking, changing, and cancelling travel tickets. 
• Issue and print travel tickets with complete and accurate information.
 • Ensure correct and secure processing of payments for ticket purchases. Customer Service and Coordination:
 • Provide clients with information regarding travel schedules, ticketing policies, and procedures.
 • Liaise with airlines, travel agencies, and relevant service providers to resolve any booking or ticketing issues. Additional Services:
 • Support clients with travel insurance applications.
 • Assist with registration for conferences and other travel-related events when required. 
• Offer additional travel options or upgrades to clients when appropriate. Qualifications: 
• Experience in visa processing and ticketing preferred. 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 • Familiarity with ticketing systems and visa requirements is an advantage
