Talent Acquisition Officer

Purpose:

 Responsible for full hiring processes sourcing, attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews to ensure we hire qualified candidates who contribute to our company’s success.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Execute the full cycle of recruitment process for each job requisition including the facilitation of hiring manager intake meetings resulting in service-level alignment; and ensure timely and effective communications between candidates and hiring team.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and present a shortlist of candidates to conduct interviews.
  • Provide hiring support that is aligned with a specific internal functional client team, with a goal of filling open roles with qualified internal or external talent while achieving the KPIs such as, Time-to Hire.
  • Conduct, develop recruitment system and selection criteria for the company.
  • Create and publish job ads on various portals and maintain a recruitment network on social media.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, professional networks, job boards) and offline channels (e.g., career fairs, networking events).
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Oversee abroad hiring process to ensure a smooth transition for selected candidates by coordinating all pre-employment requirements such as medical examinations, visa applications, and employment arrangements.
  • Review incoming resumes and applications, screening candidates to ensure they meet minimum qualifications for open jobs.
  • Use relevant selection tools to assess candidates (including competency-based interviews, and all other applicable tests) 
  • Create onboarding and orientation programs to help employees adapt faster to the job.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and extend job offers to selected candidates, aligning offers with company policies and standards. 
  • Negotiate terms as necessary and manage the offer acceptance process.
  • Oversee background check activities to ensure the hiring process in track with the company policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure all applicants have a great candidate and undergo onboarding experience.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
  • Submit weekly and monthly recruitment status report.
  • Support actively the development of a recruitment policy and procedure to meet quality standards within the company.

 

Experience and Requirements:

  • Have experience in Recruitment and Talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Advance in English Language.
  • Detail-oriented interviewer
  • Great decision-making skills
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
