Purpose:
Oversee the daily operations of the service department, and ensure all customer service tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Manage service staff, coordinate service schedules, resolve customer issues, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Ensure that all customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving service issues.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Coordinate service schedules and ensure timely completion of all service tasks.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of service parts and supplies.
Ensure that all service activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Prepare and submit regular reports on service operations, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer interactions, and inventory usage.
Identify areas for improvement in service processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Specialization in HVAC).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity. 
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a service-oriented industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
Proficiency in using service management software and other relevant tools.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
