Job Purpose:
Responsible for operating company vehicles to transport maintenance personnel, equipment, and materials to field sites, while assisting in the operation, maintenance, and minor repair of telecom, power, and support systems. Ensures safe driving practices, proper handling of equipment, and timely completion of assigned technical support tasks.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Safely drive company vehicles to and from telecom or data center sites as assigned by supervisors.
Transport technical teams, spare parts, tools, and materials for maintenance and installation activities.
Assist technicians in site maintenance tasks including minor electrical, mechanical, or generator support work.
Conduct basic troubleshooting under the supervision of the FLM or Power team.
Perform routine checks of vehicles to ensure proper functioning (oil, brakes, lights, tires, fuel, etc.).
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure compliance with company driving and safety policies.
Record and maintain travel logs, fuel usage, mileage reports, and delivery documentation.
Report any vehicle defects, damage, or incidents immediately to the supervisor.
Follow all site safety and traffic regulations during field operations.
Support emergency call-outs by transporting teams or materials as required during nights, weekends, or holidays.
Ensure all tools, equipment, and spares are securely stored and handled during transport.

Qualifications and Skills:
Secondary education or Technical Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical or related field (preferred).
Valid Kuwait light/heavy driving license.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a driver, preferably in a telecom, facility, or maintenance environment.
Basic technical knowledge of power, generator, or electrical systems (training will be provided).
High sense of responsibility, punctuality, and safety awareness.
Ability to work under supervision and assist in technical site activities.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
