Regulatory Affairs Specialist

Purpose:

To ensure full regulatory compliance across the product lifecycle by overseeing certification, conformity assessment, and regulatory documentation processes. This role directly supports the company’s objective of delivering safe, compliant products to the market while enabling smooth and uninterrupted supply chain operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the inspection of all incoming goods and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements by coordinating with SASO and SABER for the issuance of necessary certifications.
  •  Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team and third‑party Certification entities to maintain seamless product flow and ensure end‑to‑end regulatory compliance.
  •  Conduct thorough reviews to verify that all product certificates are valid, current, and renewed within required timelines.
  •  Confirm that all certifications meet relevant standards and regulatory frameworks, including SASO, GSO, and sector‑specific regulations.
  •  Manage, maintain, and continuously update the product certification database, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and completeness of records..
  •  Maintain comprehensive documentation of all regulatory and certification activities, including issuance, renewals, modifications, and revocations.
  •  Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to certificate errors or failures, including installation, configuration, or trust‑chain validation problems.
  • Ensure timely issuance of SABER certifications for both products and shipments to prevent supply chain delays.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements, conformity assessment procedures, and industry standards, and communicate impacts to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
  •  2 - 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
  •  Six Sigma certification is preferred.
  •  Strong team leadership and supervisory skills.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  •  Proficiency in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and related tools.
  •  High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  •  Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  •  Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
