We’re Hiring: Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist 
 Ledar Investment About the Role: At Ledar Investment, we are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our growing team.
 In this role, you will be responsible for managing receivables related to real estate projects, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, and maintaining strong financial controls across all transactions.
 Key Responsibilities: 
Record off-plan sales contracts and recognize revenue based on project progress.
 Manage and monitor escrow accounts for ongoing projects.
 Reconcile bank collections with customer accounts and project records. 
Calculate and apply VAT on real estate sales transactions.
 Handle cancellations, rescheduling, and their accounting impact. 
Support the preparation of financial statements related to project revenues.
 Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Legal teams to ensure data accuracy. 
What We’re Looking For: 
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (preferably in real estate). 
Strong knowledge of revenue recognition (IFRS 15 is a plus).
 Experience with escrow accounts and real estate transactions. 
Good understanding of VAT regulations in Saudi Arabia.
 Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems. 
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
