Role Summary 

We are seeking a Mid-Level Python Developer to join our team in Amman, Jordan. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. The ideal candidate will have solid Python experience, proficiency in web frameworks (particularly Django), and a strong understanding of databases, caching, and asynchronous task management. Experience with front-end technologies, CI/CD processes, and containerization is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services and web applications using Python and Django
Design, implement, and manage SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval
Integrate caching solutions and task queues using Redis and Celery
Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions
Implement containerized applications using Docker and manage code versioning with Git
Participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance to automate deployment and testing workflows
Follow software engineering best practices, including SOLID principles and design patterns, to ensure code quality and maintainability
(Optional) Support or collaborate on frontend tasks using React.js where applicable
Requirements
2–4 years of professional experience in Python development
Proven experience with Django or equivalent Python web frameworks
Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
Hands-on experience with Redis and Celery for caching and asynchronous task management
Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Solid understanding of software design principles, including SOLID and design patterns
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills
Experience with React.js or other frontend frameworks is a plus
