Lead AM Pillar in Operations understand the AM methods and develop mastery of the equipment. 
Lead QBOS system at site and provide sustainable solution to team for betterment. 
Evaluate existing systems, operations activities, and modify as appropriate to improve performance. 
Ensuring the relevant WI / SOP is adhered to in every task within the operation by all individuals. 
Develop best practices to improve operations Safety, quality, AM & 5S. 
The ability to resolve problems in an efficient manner. 
Provide newly developed standard & improvement trainings to the team. 
Maintaining internal communication & coordination to resolve the issues. 
Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.
