We’re Hiring: Senior Data Center Cooling Engineer

Digitus is looking for a Senior Data Center Cooling Engineer to join our UAE data center operations team.
This is a senior technical role for an experienced cooling specialist who can lead thermal management across mission-critical data center environments, including air cooling and liquid cooling infrastructure.
The role will focus on:
 • Leading cooling-related incident investigations and root-cause analysis
 • Managing chilled water plants, CRAH/CRAC units, in-row cooling, CDUs, rear-door heat exchangers, direct-to-chip liquid cooling, and immersion cooling systems
 • Supporting performance optimization across PUE, WUE, airflow management, and cooling capacity utilization
 • Reviewing MOPs, cooling design changes, commissioning tests, and failure-mode simulations
 • Working closely with OEMs, FM contractors, vendors, and hyperscale/enterprise tenants

Ideal candidates will have:
•  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field
 • 10+ years of experience in mission-critical environments
 •  At least 5 years of large-scale data center experience
 •  Hands-on experience with direct-to-chip liquid cooling deployments
 •  Strong knowledge of ASHRAE TC 9.9, Uptime Institute standards, TIA-942, and EN 50600
 •  Experience with BMS/DCIM platforms and cooling incident RCA
