Purpose: 
The technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing various home appliances, Air Conditions, and products to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency when visiting customers and carrying out requested maintenance jobs as per the job orders received from the Customer service, application, or supervisor. 
Responsibilities: 
Perform service maintenance jobs to ensure appliances, AC longevity as received from the Customer service, Application.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly, using appropriate tools and techniques.
Repair or replace defective parts or components as needed to restore functionality.
Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately for record-keeping purposes.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and tasks.
In the case where additional problems are identified during inspection, the technicians shall report it to their supervisors immediately, for further advice. 
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements relevant to the field and product.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
Provide training and guidance to assistant technicians or new hires as required.
Respond to emergency service calls and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on operations.
Test-run the unit to ensure satisfactory completion of the service job.
Ensure the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction accordingly.
Ensure that effective necessary tools, consumables, and spares are available in the service vehicle.
Coordinate with the respective assistant technician & ensure the “Vehicles Preventive Maintenance Checklist” is properly implemented. 
Strictly adhere to prescribed safety practices & use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment provided.
Maintain good relationships with customers through professional behavior, performance, and keep excellent hygiene.
Requirements: 
Technical, AC & Refrigeration Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical Diploma or Certification from a recognized institution.
Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in a similar field.
Proven experience as a technician or similar role, preferably in the relevant industry.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems and components.
Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Willingness to undergo additional training and certifications as needed.
