Overview
As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Vardot, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Drupal-based products and services meet the highest quality standards. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures specific to Drupal development and lead a team of quality assurance professionals to achieve organizational goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Drupal developers, project managers, and designers, to identify areas for improvement in Drupal-based products and services and ensure compliance with quality standards. Your contributions will help Vardot deliver high-quality Drupal projects to our clients and maintain our reputation as a leading Drupal web development agency. 
Responsibilities: 
Analyze requirements and design test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing. 
Perform manual testing to ensure the quality and reliability of software products. 
Develop automated tests using java and java script . 
Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve defects 
Identify opportunities for improving testing processes and methodologies. 
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Create and maintain detailed test documentation. 
Communicate effectively with the project's stakeholders for user acceptance feedback gathering. 
Develop and maintain quality documentation for Drupal projects, including policies, procedures, and reports. 
Follow up with juniors on the same team to ensure the output quality and avoid blockers. 
Requirements 
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. 
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 
At least 4 years of experience in software quality assurance Strong experience in manual testing 
Hands-on experience with automation testing using Katalon Studio.
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Experience with performance testing is a plus. 
Excellent documentation skills Experience with defect tracking and following processes
Preferred Qualifications: 
ISTQB foundation level and/or agile tester. 
Experience in the implementation of Agile for Drupal development. 
Familiarity with Drupal testing methodologies, such as Behat or PHPUnit.
Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus.
