The opportunity
The Financial Planning Analyst will assist the accounting and finance team with data collection, formatting, and analysis. We are looking for a strategic thinker that will support the function with budgeting and planning.
Your role at OpenSooq includes
Collecting, Validating and Analyzing Data from all relevant departments.
Preparing financial reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing and explaining Data.
Developing financial models to support strategic initiatives and decisions.
Monitoring and controlling spends within business units in alignment with approved budgets.
Preparing Budget vs Actual Reports.
Working on any ad-hoc analysis or reporting requested by the management
Working alongside multiple functions by highlighting gaps, and suggesting process improvements supported by solid analysis.

3+ years of experience in Accounting & Finance, including Reporting or relevant
Excellent time management skills with the ability to deal with tight deadlines
Ability to analyze data and create financial and budget plans
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
