Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Specialist in Quality Control (QC) to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our food products through rigorous inspection, testing, and compliance with industry standards. This role is vital in maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality food services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections and quality tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control procedures and standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and test results.
- Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations and standards.
- Participate in internal and external audits related to quality assurance.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and safety.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control within the food industry.
- Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO, and other relevant certifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting tools.
