Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share for slaughterhouse products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to achieve sales targets and continuous growth.
Collect and analyze market and competitor data to identify business opportunities and improve sales performance.
Coordinate with production and distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Prepare regular sales performance reports and present them to the Sales Development Department management for informed decision making.
Participate in designing marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing product and service awareness in the local market.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards to meet quality and operational goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Previous experience in sales, preferably within the food services or slaughterhouse sector.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build professional client relationships.
Ability to work effectively within a team and perform under pressure to meet targets.
Good knowledge of marketing basics and market analysis.
