Inventory Management
Oversee stock levels across all showrooms and ensure timely replenishment.
Participate in regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor stock movement and maintain accurate records in the system.
Stock Coordination
Coordinate stock transfers between showrooms and warehouses.
Track incoming and outgoing shipments and ensure proper documentation.
Collaborate with the Fulfilment Manager on stock allocation and distribution.
Reporting
Generate and submit stock reports, including inventory status, turnover rates, and stock variances.
Analyze stock performance and recommend improvements to stock management processes.
Loss Prevention
Implement stock control measures to monitor near-expired and expired stock.
Monitor and report on slow-moving stock to prevent inventory buildup.
Process Improvement
Participate in initiatives to enhance inventory management systems and processes.
Support the integration of new technologies or software for stock management.
Collaboration & Support
Work closely with showroom managers, warehouse staff, and sales teams to ensure stock availability.
Assist in stock preparations for promotional campaigns and new showroom openings.
Execute activities related to the role in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
