Purpose: 
The assistant technician provides support to technicians in the maintenance, repair, and installation of various equipment, Appliances, Air Conditions, and products. 
 
Responsibilities: 
Assist senior technicians in, maintaining, and repairing equipment, Appliances, Air Conditions, and products. Organize routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance tasks. 
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions under the guidance of technicians. 
Support other team members as needed. 
Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately for record-keeping purposes. 
Collaborate with other team members and departments to schedule maintenance tasks.
 Ensure customer satisfaction by completing jobs effectively. Maintain inventory of necessary tools, consumables, and spares in the service vehicle. 
Drive to different locations for installations, maintenance, or repairs as needed. Strictly adhere to prescribed safety practices & utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment provided. 
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times. 
Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors or technicians. 
Maintain good relationship with customers through professional behavior, and performance and keep excellent hygiene.
 
Requirements:
 High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certification is a plus. 
Previous experience in a technical or mechanical role is preferred but not required. 
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. 
Excellent communication skills. 
Willingness to learn and follow direction from technicians. 
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions. 
Valid driver's license and clean driving record, as the role involve driving to different locations for installations, maintenance, or repairs. 
Willingness to undergo additional training and certifications as needed.
