Keep records of employees’ related documents such as personal data, compensation, benefits, and termination of employees’ services 

Administer all medical insurance issues for the company employees including the renewal of medical insurance policies and new employees’ insurance. 

Arrange accommodation and hotel reservations, ensuring that it is according to the company policy. 

Provide the direct manager with all required reports that related to admin. 

Lead the investigation and proceed with penalties whenever needed as per the company and labour law policies. This includes issuing all type of waring letters and secures the employee signature. 

Receive the employee ticket request and proceed it as per stander price list. 

Handle the travel arrangements of business trip (Reservation ticket, hotel, and daily expense). 

Issue the internal memos as well as the employees’ letters as per the company policy and procedures. Receive and verify business card online request as per the company policy and procedures. 

Manage all event operations and announce it to the communication channels. 

Execute activities related to his/her function in safe and environmentally friendly methods. 

To perform any other duties assigned by his direct supervisor / manager
