 Key Responsibilities: 
Source and screen qualified candidates for open roles. 
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates by leveraging job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
 Assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit through thorough screenings.
 Provide a list of qualified candidates to hiring managers for further consideration. 
Qualifications: 
Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar role.
 Strong understanding of IT industry roles and technologies.
 Experience sourcing candidates from various channels (LinkedIn, social media, networking).
 Excellent screening and assessment skills. 
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present candidates effectively to hiring managers. 
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
