Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Amman, Jordan. This role is ideal for candidates with 0 or more years of experience who are passionate about improving business processes through innovative HR technology solutions. The Business Analyst will play a key role in gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of KayanHR features. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders including HR professionals, end-users, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for HRMS features.
  • Process Analysis: Evaluate current HR processes and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement through the HRMS platform.
  • Solution Design: Work closely with product and development teams to design scalable, user-friendly HRMS solutions that meet business needs, translating user requirements into epics, user stories, and design inputs.
  • Technical Collaboration: Communicate effectively with technical teams regarding feature development, system integration, and technical specifications.
  • Idea Management: Follow the idea management process from idea generation through to implementation, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in HR technologies, conducting competitor analysis and researching top industry trends to recommend enhancements and competitive features.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements, priorities, and project timelines.
  • System Integration: Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate seamless integration with other platforms, define API requirements, and manage third-party integrations.
  • User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of HRMS features.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flow diagrams, data mapping, and release notes. Assist in maintaining the company’s HR knowledge base and help center.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, HR technology, or related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Familiarity with HRMS platforms and system integration concepts is a plus.
  • Experience in the HR field is considered a strong plus.
  • Proficiency in documentation tools and project management software.
