About the Role:

We are looking for a Marketing Officer to support and execute marketing initiatives across digital channels, sales campaigns, external communications, and business development activities.

 The role is suitable for someone early in their career who has strong English communication skills, is highly comfortable with digital tools, and is an active user or enthusiast of AI tools for content creation, design support, research, and campaign execution. 

As a B2B SaaS technology company serving the financial and capital markets sector, our marketing involves working closely with sales, product, project, and development teams to communicate product launches, integrations, client success stories, partnerships, case studies, and thought leadership content.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage and support marketing activities across digital channels, including socials, website content, email campaigns, newsletters, and other online platforms.
  • Use AI tools and image generation/design tools to support digital content creation, campaign visuals, presentations, social posts, and marketing assets.
  • Work closely with the sales team to create upselling campaigns, client engagement campaigns, and marketing material for existing customers.
  • Support external communications, including PR wires, press releases, company announcements, partnership announcements, and media-related content.
  • Assist in business development and partnership-related marketing activities.
  • Create and coordinate content such as blogs, newsletters, case studies, whitepapers, brochures, client success stories, and product-related material.
  • Own the paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other reporting platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, project, and development teams to identify marketing opportunities around product launches, integrations, new features, client milestones, and industry developments.
  • Support the planning and execution of webinars, events, industry conferences, podcasts, and digital campaigns. 
  • Maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone, and positioning across all marketing material. 
  • Lead internal marketing initiatives that strengthen company culture, improve internal communication, and increase employee engagement.
  • Own the planning and coordination of internal events, company gatherings, team activities, internal announcements, and culture-related campaigns in coordination with HR and management.

 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content creation, or a related role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English is a must.
  • Strong interest in AI tools, digital content creation, and marketing automation.
  • Good understanding of social media management, content marketing, email campaigns, and digital advertising.
  • Knowledge in Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple departments and convert business, product, and technical updates into clear marketing messages.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple marketing tasks at the same time.

Bonus Points If You Have: 

  • Experience or interest in fintech, trading, banking, brokerage, capital markets, or financial services.
  • Experience using tools such as Mailchimp, Claude Design, Canva or other AI/design platforms.
  • Experience writing or supporting case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, blogs, or press releases.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS products, technology platforms, APIs, integrations, or enterprise software.
