Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team in Iraq, specializing in the trading and manufacturing of machinery, especially for food and detergent factories. This position is ideally suited for a motivated technical sales professional who exhibits strong skills in customer relationship management and demonstrates a commitment to business growth. Candidates who possess a proven track record in securing high-value contracts and delivering innovative engineering solutions are encouraged to apply and become a part of our ongoing success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and capitalize on high-value business opportunities within the Iraqi manufacturing market especially in FMCG sector, establishing strategic initiatives to expand the customer base.  
  • Secure engineering project contracts by employing effective negotiation techniques that align with corporate objectives and consistently aim to exceed sales targets.  
  • Advocate for innovative engineering solutions in manufacturing sectors through clear and professional communication of product value and benefits to prospective clients.  
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify growth opportunities and open new markets, informing product development and sales strategies accordingly.  
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution, with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
  • Provide technical expertise to clients through comprehensive presentations and demonstrations that enhance their understanding of our offerings.  
  • Monitor sales performance metrics regularly and offer insightful recommendations to foster continuous improvement in strategies and processes.
  • Establish effective mechanisms for gathering and analyzing customer feedback, driving ongoing improvements in the engineering products and services we offer in the manufacturing industry.  


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • B.A. in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 3–6 years of experience in in the manufacturing machines industry and technical sales.
  • Strong customer focus and exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal & written in English language.
  • You must own a car and be available for immediate joining.
  • Excellent connections in the Iraqi manufacturing specially in FMCG sectors.
  • Proven experience in B2B trading, particularly in machines, production lines, and spare parts sales.
