We are looking for a Project Administrator to support HR and administrative operations within our construction projects across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will manage site-level HR activities, ensure compliance with company policies, and provide full administrative support to project management teams. Key Responsibilities Handle all HR operations at the project site, including attendance, leave management, onboarding, and employee documentation. Coordinate with the HR department regarding recruitment, mobilization, and demobilization of manpower. Maintain project records, reports, and documentation in alignment with company standards. Support project managers with administrative tasks, meeting arrangements, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies at the project level. Follow up on site logistics, accommodation, transportation, and employee welfare needs. Requirements Saudi Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR or project administration, preferably in construction projects. Strong knowledge of HR processes and documentation. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficiency in MS Office and administrative reporting. Ability to work on-site and handle multitasking in a fast-paced project environment.
