JOB PURPOSE
Perform maintenance and repair work in the aircraft cabin, particularly modification, repair and refurbishment of various cabin parts following Joramco approvals of capability work scope.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• To ensure that all elements of the SMS are properly implemented, maintained and continuously improved by fulfilling all SMS related duties and responsibilities as defined in SMS Manual.
• Read, understand and work in accordance with the applicable and approved maintenance data such as but not limited to , AMM, IPC, CMM, applicable drawings, Engineering Orders, Job cards, etc.
• Repair and maintain aircraft cabin parts and components.
• Be aware of the expected quality standards of the work performed.
• Use ERP system to perform tasks such as looking for approved maintenance data, clock on job cards, etc.
• Adhere to JORAMCO TPM (Technical Procedure Manuals) and documents for all Maintenance tasks assigned, handling of materials & tools and any other maintenance related tasks.
• Accomplish maintenance, troubleshooting, defect rectification and/or maintain of Cockpit seats, Cockpit Furnishing, lining and panels, and Cabin crew seat.
• Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, defect rectification of all cabin monuments, such as Galleys, Galley equipment, Galley inserts, lavatories and stowages. Etc.
• Perform Cabin maintenance and its related defect effectively and any other Cabin tasks as directed by Cabin Supervisor.
• Support Line maintenance and/or Heavy maintenance teams once instructed by the Cabin supervisor to accomplish Cabin maintenance tasks on time.
• Ensure that replacement of parts and components are of an approved type, related to particular Aircraft.
• Perform any other roles and responsibilities within the scope of his / her specialization as assigned by the direct manager.
• Adhere to company and department approved system, policies, procedures in perform his duties.
• Participate effectively in environmental protection programs (energy and water saving, waste segregation,) and notify for any environmental related nonconformities.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma in Aircraft maintenance engineering (A&P) or any related field, BS degree in engineering is a pulse.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
• Basic knowledge of cabin interiors fundamentals and relative skills to his area of employment.
• Knowledge of EASA regulations PART 145.
• Knowledge of Ms. Office applications.
