Chocolake Company, a leading chocolate manufacturer in Jordan, is seeking to hire a Quality Control Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily inspections on raw materials and finished products.
Ensure production lines comply with quality and food safety procedures.
Record inspection results and prepare non-conformance reports.
Participate in internal audits and contribute to process improvement.
Monitor cleanliness and the work environment within the factory.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Quality Control (QC) or in the food industry.
Knowledge of quality systems such as HACCP and ISO 22000.
High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and rotating shifts
