Role Summary

We are looking for a highly professional, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy CEO Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support. You will act as the right hand to the CEO, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and execution of daily responsibilities.

 

Minimum Skills & Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Arabic – spoken and written
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Word
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills – capable of creating high-level presentations on PowerPoint or other tools
  • Mastery of advanced Excel functions, including:
     XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, IF, IFS, AND, OR, IFERROR, TRIM, CONCAT, TODAY, SUM, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, AVERAGE, and Pivot Tables
  • Excellent in preparing professional Minutes of Meetings
  • Exceptional in composing high-level business emails
  • Comfortable using AI tools

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Project Management or Executive Management certifications (preferred)
  • Advanced training or certifications in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint (preferred)
  • Proven experience or certification in using AI tools (an advantage)
