Job Description
 We are seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist who is strategic, results-driven, and highly creative to lead and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives for the company. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies and campaigns that elevate our brand, expand market reach, and drive customer engagement. This role requires a strong grasp of modern marketing tools and trends, excellent project management skills, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful actions that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage branding and marketing activities across all outlets and group-level projects.
Oversee social media accounts, content planning, and performance across platforms.
Lead communications efforts, including PR, media relations, and influencer collaborations.
Plan and manage photoshoots to ensure high-quality content aligned with brand identity.
Brainstorm and develop creative campaign ideas and promotional strategies for the group and individual outlets.
Manage sponsorships and strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Manage social media presence and paid advertising initiatives to drive traffic, awareness, and conversions.
Support branding initiatives, product launches, and seasonal promotions.
Oversee content development and ensure consistent messaging across all channels and materials.
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (design, sales, operations) and external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality execution of marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results and improve ROI.
Prepare regular marketing reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations for senior management.
 
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in marketing, with a strong background in campaign planning and execution.
Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and analytics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
A proactive mindset with a high level of creativity and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Previous experience in the hospitality, food and beverage, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
Basic design and visual content skills are an advantage.
Experience coordinating events and promotional activities.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
