Job Title: Sales Coordinator

Location: Amman, Jordan

About the Job: to manage client communications, streamline sales operations, and help us achieve our growth targets.

 What You’ll Do: 

✔ Coordinate sales schedules, meetings, and client follow-ups. 

✔ Prepare and maintain sales proposals, reports, and documentation. 

✔ Track and update sales leads and CRM activities. 

✔ Communicate with clients to handle inquiries and provide updates.

 ✔ Support the sales team in reaching monthly and quarterly targets. 

✔ Organize and assist in sales presentations and product demos. 

✔ Ensure a smooth onboarding process by collaborating with internal teams. 

✔ Maintain accurate and organized sales records and files. 

What We’re Looking For: 

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

 ✔ 1–3 years of experience in sales support or coordination roles. 

✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 

✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

 ✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

✔ A customer-focused mindset and positive attitude. 

Bonus Points If You Have: 

✔ Familiarity with financial or fintech concepts.
