- Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build business by identifying and selling to prospects and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

- Possess a solid background in Sales and Marketing of ICT/ELV systems such as CCTV & Security Systems, Access Control, IT Networking, and Structured Cabling Systems (SCS).
- Have experience in tendering processes and proposal preparation.
- Understand the principles of sales and marketing, including market sector targeting, product offering development, and feature-benefit-solution selling. Able to work extended hours when required.
- Demonstrate understanding of profit and loss calculations and basic business finance (e.g., gross margin percentages and related calculations).
- Exhibit strong written communication skills, with the ability to prepare professional business letters, quotations, and proposals.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
- Identify new business opportunities by researching prospects and analyzing their position in the industry.
- Generate sales by establishing contact, building relationships, and recommending suitable solutions to clients.
- Maintain long-term client relationships through consistent support, information sharing, and guidance.
- Research and recommend new business opportunities and potential service or profitability improvements.
- Stay current with market trends, industry activities, and competitor developments to identify new product or service opportunities.
- Prepare and submit reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and market data.

- Prepare quotations for customers, negotiate terms and conditions, and close sales effectively.
