Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate new leads.
- Manage and update the CRM system to ensure all client interactions and sales activities are accurately recorded.
- Track ongoing business opportunities and maintain updated reports.
- Follow up with clients for feedback, quotations, and ongoing communication.
- Coordinate between the Sales Team, Travel Consultants, and MICE Team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Record and report all client interactions and feedback to the Director of Sales.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
- Support the team in preparing presentations, proposals, and client communications.
- Always maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service. Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a sales or client-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and as part of a team.
- Background in travel, hospitality, or events is a plus.
