Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate new leads.
  2.  Manage and update the CRM system to ensure all client interactions and sales activities are accurately recorded.
  3. Track ongoing business opportunities and maintain updated reports. 
  4. Follow up with clients for feedback, quotations, and ongoing communication.
  5. Coordinate between the Sales Team, Travel Consultants, and MICE Team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  6. Record and report all client interactions and feedback to the Director of Sales.
  7. Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings and appointments.
  8. Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports. 
  9. Support the team in preparing presentations, proposals, and client communications. 
  10. Always maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service. Requirements: 
  11. Proven experience in a similar role within a sales or client-facing environment. 
  12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal). 
  13. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  14. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms. 
  15. Ability to work independently, under pressure, and as part of a team. 
  16. Background in travel, hospitality, or events is a plus.
