  • Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
  • Perform all the daily operations of the CRM department in order to achieve the set goals. 
  • Ensures providing an outstanding customer service through proper greeting, friendly approach besides of offering all the assistance possible for customers and potential customers.
  • Maintains good knowledge of the company’s products, prices, promotions, events, campaigns and any other details to be informed to customers.
  • Identifies customers’ individual needs, wants and demands and offers the best-suited solution(s). 
  • Handles customer complaints, refers unsatisfied customers to the concerned party and conducts regular follow up to ensure issues are being attended to in a timely manner.
  • Develops and designs customer satisfaction surveys in order to capture the degree of customer satisfaction related to the company’s products and services provided.
  • Analyzes the customer satisfaction surveys and demonstrates the results with appropriate recommendations which enhance the customer’s attitudes toward the company’s products and brands.
  • Manages the company’s CRM system, and ensures that the database and the client’s relevant information are updated regularly.
  • Manages users’ access to CRM system and monitors the quality and quantity of data entry.
  • Contacts customers who just bought a car to enquire their level of satisfaction.
  • Extracts reports and other relevant information related to customers profile and sends them to the department manager to develop appropriate marketing strategies and promotions campaigns. 
  • Establishes and builds positive relationship with customers, encourages after- purchase return.
  • behavior and builds a positioning awareness in their minds.
  • Prepares reports related to monthly achievements, problems solving, and other reports such as the quality of data entry.
  • Follows up on all issues related to CRM system and provides suggestions which enhance the system development and increase the quality of outputs. 
  • Performs any related tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
