Job Scope:
The Electrical Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing electrical maintenance tasks for all machines, equipment, and production lines within the factory, in accordance with the instructions and directives issued by the Electrical Maintenance Manager, with the aim of ensuring equipment readiness and the continuity of operational processes at a high level of efficiency.
 
What you'll do:
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans and programs on machines, equipment, and production lines, following approved procedures and instructions from the Maintenance Supervisor.
Monitor the performance and efficiency of equipment in the production department and report any misuse or improper operation.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults in coordination with the Production Supervisor or Machine Operator, and document repair details in the maintenance request form.
Implement approved electrical modifications and connections on equipment, ensuring technical diagrams are updated accordingly.
Perform all tasks assigned by direct supervisors within the scope of technical work.
Carry out any additional tasks assigned by senior management as needed.
Train technical staff on approved maintenance systems and procedures to enhance team efficiency and achieve departmental goals.
Participate in preparing fault and periodic maintenance reports and submit them to the Maintenance Supervisor for performance analysis and process improvement.
Ensure the availability of spare parts and necessary tools before starting maintenance operations, coordinating with the warehouse department to secure technical needs.
Adhere to occupational safety procedures during maintenance work and ensure the application of electrical safety instructions to prevent accidents.
Contribute to improving equipment performance by providing technical suggestions for system upgrades or modifications aligned with production requirements.
Use electrical measuring and testing devices to accurately identify faults and ensure the quality of repairs.
Support the installation and initial operation of new equipment in coordination with other technical teams.
Maintain a clean and organized work area after completing maintenance tasks and ensure the safe disposal of damaged or hazardous materials.
Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor within the functional scope.
 
What we're looking for:
High school diploma in industrial specialization, or a diploma in mechanical, electrical engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operating or maintaining machinery in an industrial work environment.
Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance fundamentals and fault handling.
Physical ability to work in warehouse and factory environments.
Intermediate proficiency in English (reading and writing).
