Registration Coordinator

Position Summary:

The School Registration Administrator is responsible for managing the student enrollment process, including collecting and processing registration forms, maintaining accurate student records, and ensuring compliance with school policies. This role works closely with parents, students, and the administration to provide a smooth and efficient registration process.


Key Responsibilities

1. Registration and Enrollment

  • Manage the entire student registration process, including processing new enrollments, transfers, and withdrawals.
  • Collect and verify all required documents, including proof of residence, birth certificates, financial clearance, and health records.
  • Ensure that students are registered accurately according to school policies and local regulations.
  • Responsible for overseeing students' daily attendance and proactively communicating with parents regarding student absences.

2. Recordkeeping and Data Management

  • Maintain up-to-date student registration records in the school's database system.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all student information.
  • Generate and update student lists, class rosters, and other reports as required.

3. Communication and Support

  • Communicate with parents regarding registration deadlines, attendance, requirements, and any additional steps in the process.
  • Assist parents and guardians with inquiries regarding registration, tuition, and other administrative concerns.
  • Provide support to new families, helping them understand the school’s registration policies and procedures.

4. Compliance and Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with national regulations regarding student enrollment and documentation.
  • Prepare and submit required student registration and enrollment reports to the administration.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate tuition billing and collection.

5. Collaboration with School Staff

  • Work closely with school leadership to plan and coordinate enrollment strategies and school capacity.
  • Provide accurate and timely data regarding student enrollment status to teachers, counselors, and other staff.

6. Additional Duties

  • Assist with the preparation of orientation materials for new students and families.
  • Support other administrative functions as required by the school.
