Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team in Dammam. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning efforts to support the company's growth and operational efficiency within the food services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage financial models to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights into business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and ensure accuracy.
- Monitor financial performance against budgets and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide financial guidance and support to senior management for operational and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Lead the preparation of periodic financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify trends and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
- Support the implementation of financial systems and tools to enhance reporting efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the food services or hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Languages:
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
