Job Purpose

The Key Account Manager – Business Solutions is responsible for managing strategic enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing high-value opportunities within the Business Solutions vertical. The role focuses on building long-term client relationships, understanding business needs, and promoting advanced technology offerings across areas such as Advanced Analytics & AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, IoT, Command & Control Centers, and Data Center technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management

  • Manage and develop relationships with assigned key accounts across enterprise and government sectors.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients.
  • Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, and IT Directors.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand business opportunities.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities within the Business Solutions portfolio.
  • Develop new clients and expand existing accounts across multiple sectors in Kuwait.
  • Lead the sales cycle from opportunity identification through proposal development, negotiation, and contract closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Contribute to overall revenue growth within the Business Solutions vertical.
  • Provide regular forecasts and sales performance reports.

Client Engagement

  • Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with key clients.
  • Understand customer challenges and align technology offerings with their business objectives.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Internal Collaboration

  • Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to develop competitive proposals.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support bid preparation and technical-commercial proposals.

Market Awareness

  • Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Identify new sectors and opportunities for business expansion.
  • Provide market insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in technology sales or key account management.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology trends and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working with enterprise or government clients is an advantage.
