Job Description
 We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that dishes are prepared to the highest standards. You will work alongside other chefs to maintain efficiency, organization, and cleanliness within the kitchen, while delivering exceptional food quality to guests.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Creativity and ability to create new dishes.
  • Prepare and present food to a high standard at all times.
  • Maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sterilization according to hotel policies.
  • Attend all relevant training courses provided by management and assist the Assistant Executive Chef in training employees at all times.
  • Conduct daily On-the-Job Training (OJT) for department staff and ensure accurate information delivery, reporting to the direct supervisor.
  • Perform daily inspections related to food storage and preparation, ensuring all materials are in good condition and meet the required quality standards, paying close attention to production and expiration dates.
  • Assist the Assistant Executive Chef in routine duties.
  • Review event menus ahead of time and ensure food items are ready and well-organized for events.
  • Study new menus and present them to the Executive Chef for review.
  • Ensure food preparation is precise while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections of all food preparation stations, ensuring adequate quantities of ingredients are available.
  • Inspect cooked food for taste, appearance, and accuracy to recipes.
  • Check buffet setups to ensure food is presented professionally and accurately.
  • Verify the condition, functionality, and effectiveness of all equipment and utensils, reporting any issues to the Executive Chef immediately.
  • Perform duties as required.
  • Handover work to assistants, ensuring smooth operations and task completion.
  • Control the movement of unauthorized personnel in kitchen work areas.
