Key Duties and Responsibilities 

Greet patients and visitors with a friendly smile and provide necessary assistance.

 Respond to general inquiries regarding clinic schedules and services, either in person or by phone. Direct patients to the appropriate clinics or departments based on their needs.

Appointment and Booking Management Coordinate and manage doctors’ appointments using the system. Confirm appointments with patients via phone calls and text messages, and send reminders. 

Files and Administrative Procedures Accurately enter patients’ personal data into the center’s system. Ensure patient medical files are complete and properly organized. Receive medical documents and reports and deliver them upon request. 

Financial Reception Issue receipts and document financial transactions in accordance with the center’s policies.

 Internal Coordination Maintain continuous communication with medical, laboratory, and administrative departments to ensure smooth workflow. Submit daily reports to management regarding first-visit appointments.

 Commitment to Quality and Confidentiality Strictly maintain patient confidentiality and protect their data. 

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent skills in using booking systems and computers. 

Politeness, professional appearance, and strong communication skills. 

Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

Strong customer service and effective communication skills.

Proficiency in computer programs (Word – Excel – Medical Booking Systems).

Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and professionally.


Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus. 

Minimum 0-2 years of experience in reception or customer service, preferably in healthcare or IVF clinics.
