📢 We're Hiring: Store & Warehouse Supervisor

 As a Store & Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining the smooth flow of materials to support our projects.
 Key Responsibilities:
 Manage stock levels, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
 Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials in accordance with company procedures.
 Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliations.
 Coordinate logistics, deliveries, procurement activities, and material handling.
 Ensure proper documentation of received and dispatched materials. 
Supervise warehouse personnel and coordinate daily activities to meet project requirements.
 Arrange and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery. 
Monitor warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards. 
Resolve inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
 Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports.
 Handle material requests, loading/unloading activities, and equipment operation when required. 
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency. 
Requirements: 
✔ Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. 
✔ 3–5+ years of experience in storekeeping or warehouse operations, including supervisory responsibilities. 
✔ Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse procedures. 
✔ Experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
 ✔ Solid understanding of receiving, storage, issuing, and stock reconciliation processes. 
✔ Knowledge of health, safety, and warehouse compliance standards.
 ✔ Experience coordinating logistics, procurement, deliveries, and material handling. 
✔ Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
