Reviewing order details such as shipping information or payment details to ensure accuracy 
Coordinating with suppliers or manufacturers to ensure that orders are processed correctly 
Contact customers directly to resolve any issues related to their orders 
Processing orders by updating inventory level to ensure that they are accurate 
Updating customer records with order details such as shipping details and tracking numbers 
Processing returns or exchanges based on customer requests or company policies 
Communicating with customers regarding order status updates using email, phone, or text message 
Monitor and close all the open Stock Transport Order (STO) from plant to distribution Centres. 
Executes activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.
